Our “24/7” Breach Guard service is based on a client-centric, flat-fee model. This model appeals to those who are familiar with the typical expenses of outside counsel. Those who have not had the unpleasant experience of a data breach may not know that many of the fees and costs in the privacy and data breach field (including both preparedness and response) are not very transparent.
